　　景觀與建筑對(duì)話，化繁為簡(jiǎn)。兩棟商業(yè)位于場(chǎng)地的東南角，現(xiàn)代簡(jiǎn)潔、局部結(jié)合中式的極簡(jiǎn)美學(xué)。景觀需要定義自然、簡(jiǎn)潔、靈活的設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)，延續(xù)建筑的空間格局，形成統(tǒng)一的整體。打造具有現(xiàn)代簡(jiǎn)潔、輕松自然充滿度假感的空間。

　　The dialogue between landscape and architecture reduces complexity to simplicity. Two commercial buildings are located at the southeast corner of the site, modern and concise, partially combined with Chinese minimalist aesthetics. Landscape needs to define a natural, concise and flexible design system, continue the spatial pattern of the building, and form a unified whole.Create a modern, concise, relaxed and natural space full of holiday feeling.

　　結(jié)構(gòu)主義，極簡(jiǎn)的幾何藝術(shù)有主有次，景觀空間形式和材料激活場(chǎng)地精神，設(shè)置經(jīng)典互動(dòng)景觀，帶給鄰里更多的交往維度，商街、市集等日?；顒?dòng)，給人們提供一處溫暖、幸福的悠閑場(chǎng)所。

　　遵循健康度假的設(shè)計(jì)理念，以低干擾、輕設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)手法，進(jìn)行空間的營(yíng)造，化繁為簡(jiǎn)，打磨擁有更長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)價(jià)值的社區(qū)商業(yè)。

　　Following the design concept of healthy vacations, with low-interference and light-designed design techniques, the space is created to simplify the complex, and polish the community business with longer-term value.

　　洋六的商業(yè)景觀與通常的商業(yè)項(xiàng)目有很大不同，沒有人為絢麗的裝置、游樂設(shè)施，但是遵從自然，以親人的尺度進(jìn)行規(guī)劃。

　　The commercial landscape of Yangliu is very different from the usual commercial projects. There are no man-made splendid installations and amusement facilities, but it follows nature and plans on the scale of relatives.

　　開敞的草坪、結(jié)合商業(yè)的戶外小劇場(chǎng)、互動(dòng)的旱噴水景、休閑的景亭等，給人們營(yíng)造一種輕松、自然、度假的狀態(tài)。

　　The open lawn, the commercial outdoor small theater, the interactive dry sprinkler scene, and the leisure scenery pavilion, etc., create a relaxed, natural and holiday state for people.

　　基地位于蔚藍(lán)海岸最北側(cè)，緊臨濱海新大道和B2路交叉口，是度假區(qū)的形象展示門戶以及蔚藍(lán)海岸的名片。該地塊省域交通便捷，市內(nèi)交通通達(dá)性較好，且臨近高鐵站。地塊屬于新區(qū)，現(xiàn)狀主要為商業(yè)住宅區(qū)；靠近游客中心，南邊靠海，緊鄰學(xué)校公園，有豐富的客流量。項(xiàng)目主旨是為游客打造親子時(shí)光、康養(yǎng)保健、深度放松的度假場(chǎng)所；根據(jù)業(yè)主需求打造適合的環(huán)境、注重功能和品質(zhì)。

　　The base is located on the northernmost side of the Azure coast, close to the intersection of Binhai New Avenue and B2 Road. It is the image display portal of the resort and the business card of the Azure coast. The land has convenient transportation in the province and good accessibility in the city, and it is close to the high-speed railway station. The plot belongs to a new area, and the current situation is mainly a commercial residential area; it is close to the visitor center, close to the sea in the south, and close to the school park, with abundant passenger flow. The main purpose of the project is to create a vacation place for tourists to enjoy parent-child time, health care, and deep relaxation; to create a suitable environment according to the needs of the owners, focusing on functions and quality.

　　期待這座生態(tài)、自然、開放的社區(qū)商業(yè)，給周邊居民及鄰里更多一些隨心而至的閑適，給蔚藍(lán)海岸帶來(lái)更多一些的生機(jī)與繁華。
